I believe that art has the power to transform. The creative act softens the reality around me, adding space, lightness, and fluidity to personal experiences – showing them in a different light. The canvas becomes for me a space for meditation. By altering visual forms, I engage with my world more profoundly, and by observing what materializes on the canvas, I simultaneously transform my inner states. It is then that I most intensely feel the transformative power of art. But it doesn’t conclude with physical creation. In my view, it continues during the perception of art; in every ‘creative situation.’ Observing – extracting shapes and ascribing meaning – we, too, create. In this sense, I perceive art as a space for encountering others on a deeper and at the same time, a higher level of understanding. This encounter, transcending the obvious, fosters an understanding and a particular, sensitive mode of experience that delves into realms beyond the grasp of words.

I am a visual artist with a background in philosophy, life coaching and graphic design. I create abstract compositions. I adore the unique power of expression of fierce, rapid gestural painting, as well as the atmosphere of mystery. I draw inspiration from the strange, wild and unobvious.

Czuję, że sztuka ma moc transformowania. Akt twórczy zmiękcza otaczającą mnie rzeczywistość, dodaje osobistym przeżyciom przestrzeni, lekkości, płynności – ukazuje doświadczenia w innym świetle. Malując, przeobrażam swoje wnętrze. Płótno stanowi dla mnie przestrzeń medytacji. Zmieniając formy wizualne, silniej doświadczam, przeżywam swój świat i obserwując to, co się przede mną pojawia, przekształcam koloryt swoich stanów wewnętrznych. Wówczas najmocniej doświadczam transformacyjnej mocy sztuki. Ale ona nie kończy się na fizycznej kreacji. Działa ona moim zdaniem również podczas percypowania sztuki; w każdej „sytuacji twórczej”. Obserwując – wydobywając kształty i nadając sens – także tworzymy. W tym sensie widzę sztukę jako przestrzeń spotkania z innymi w wymiarze głębszym i zarazem na wyższym poziomie (…abstrakcji). To spotkanie dokonujące się poza tym, to oczywiste; porozumienie i specyficzny, wrażliwy sposób doświadczania wnikający w sfery, które nie dają się uchwycić słowami.

Jestem plastykiem z wykształceniem filozoficznym, coachingowym i graficznym. Tworzę kompozycje abstrakcyjne. Uwielbiam siłę ekspresji gwałtownego malarstwa gestu, a także klimat tajemniczości. Inspiruje mnie to, co dziwne, dzikie i nieoczywiste.
